Amie is stocked in all major branches of WAITROSE nationwide.



If you are not completely satisfied with your order we can offer a refund or exchange for the full value of the goods (excluding delivery charges) provided that you notify us by email at orders@amieskincare.com within 7 working days of delivery.  Please include your Order Number on your email.  We will then advise you on how to return your products. We aim to handle any queries within seven working days.

Goods must be returned to us unopened and unused, and in a re-sellable condition. Goods must be returned within 30 days of your order date. Please note that the original delivery charge will not be refunded and you will be liable for any postal costs incurred when returning the goods.  We recommend that you return goods by 'Signed For' post and retain the Proof of Postage, as we cannot issue a refund if your delivery gets lost in the post and is not received by us.

Damaged or defective goods:  if any of the goods you receive is damaged or defective, please email us within 7 working days of delivery by email at orders@amieskincare.com.  Please quote your Order Number with details of the issue.  We are happy to offer an exchange or refund for damaged or defective goods.



Your right to cancel as a consumer

If you are contracting as a consumer, you are entitled to a specific cooling-off period by law and therefore you may cancel a Contract at any time within seven working days, beginning on the day after you received the Product(s) from us.  In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Product(s) in accordance with our refunds policy (set out in clause 6 below).

To cancel a Contract in this way, you must inform us in writing.  You must also return the Product(s) to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them and at your own cost and risk.  You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Product(s) while they are in your possession.  If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.

When you return Product(s) to us: if you have cancelled the Contract between us within the seven day cooling-off period, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation.  In this case, we will refund the price of the Product(s) in full, however we cannot refund the cost of sending the item to you.  You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
