Our team is working hard to get your order out as quickly and safely as possible but please bear with us as delivery times may take longer than usual.
Our couriers are experiencing significant delays as a result of both new customs processes and ongoing Covid-19 measures. We kindly ask that you allow an extra 7 business days for international orders to arrive.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Please see below for estimated delivery times.
UK (England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland):
Free on orders £20 or more. Usually £3.95 via Royal Mail Tracked (3-5 business days)
£5.95 via DPD Tracked (1-2 business days). Order before 2pm Monday-Friday (excludes English Bank Holidays). Orders placed on Friday after 2pm, or on Saturday or Sunday, will arrive by Wednesday.
Europe (Channel Islands, Eire and Europe):
£15.00 via DPD Premium Tracked + Signed (2-5 business days)
£18.50 via DHL Premium Tracked + Signed (2-4 business days)
Rest of the World:
£25.00 via DHL (delivery time country dependent)
Please note that estimated delivery times are a guide only, as delays can sometimes occur that are outside of our control, particularly at busy times, such as Christmas.
Customs Charges & Checks: for orders shipped outside of the European Union, custom charges may be incurred. you will be directly responsible for these payments.
We cannot be responsible for any custom charges, import duties or taxes that may be charged to you, or any shipment that is stopped or disposed of by customs. We advise you to check with your local customs office before placing your order.
Please be aware that long delays may also occur as a result of customs checks or by international postal services. These are outside of our control. Our delivery times are, therefore, only to be used as a general guide.
Delivery Address & Delays: we will send your order to the delivery address that you have supplied on your order. Please ensure that these details are correct as we cannot be held responsible for an incorrect or incomplete address.
If your delivery is delayed by an event outside our control, such as a delay with the courier, then, where possible, we or our nominated courier will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. We will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to cancel your order and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
